What to Expect: August First Friday Live
August First Friday is bringing another full evening of music, local makers, great food, and fun to downtown Bentonville! We’re excited to welcome Walmart back as our presenting sponsor for the 2026 season and are grateful for the continued support of our community partners, including the City of Bentonville, Visit Bentonville, and the Walton Family Foundation.
This month’s celebration will feature live performances, more than 100 local vendors, delicious food trucks, dancing, and plenty of opportunities to explore everything Downtown Bentonville has to offer. Whether you’re making a quick stop or planning to spend the whole day downtown, there will be plenty to see and do.
We’re also excited to welcome Del Real and Drip Drop as our takeover sponsors for August First Friday! Be sure to visit their activation areas throughout the event for exclusive giveaways, interactive experiences, and a few surprises along the way.
1. First Friday Schedule
Food Trucks
11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Grab a bite from one of the food trucks downtown and fuel up for a full day of First Friday fun.
Yoga on the Square with Yoga Story
12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Ease into your First Friday with a complimentary yoga class on the Bentonville Square, presented by Yoga Story. The class is open to all ages and experience levels. Bring your mat, blanket, or towel, along with plenty of water, and enjoy a relaxing way to kick off your afternoon downtown.
First Friday Vendor Booths Open
3:00 PM – 9:00 PM
The Bentonville Square and surrounding downtown streets will come alive with local vendors, makers, businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations.

Cap off the night with an unforgettable performance from our Prince tribute band on the main stage!

With more than 100 vendors filling Downtown Bentonville, August First Friday is the perfect opportunity to discover something new. As you make your way through the event, keep an eye out for:

3. Grab a Bite from Local Food Trucks
Planning to spend the day downtown? Come hungry! A variety of food trucks will be serving up everything from savory favorites to sweet treats throughout the celebration.

4. Parking & Event Information
First Friday takes place throughout Downtown Bentonville, with the Bentonville Square serving as the heart of the celebration. Several streets surrounding the Square will be closed during the event to accommodate vendors, entertainment, and attendees.
If you're planning to join us, consider carpooling, biking, or walking downtown when possible. Arriving early is also a great way to find parking and make the most of your time in Downtown Bentonville. Check out our parking page here.
