BENTONVILLE, AR - First Friday Presented by Walmart is bringing the Olympic Spirit to Bentonville on August 2nd.  Downtown Bentonville Incorporated proudly hosts ‘Going for the Gold’ this Friday with free, family fun for the entire community.  The event will include Olympic-inspired activities around the famed Bentonville Square.

July’s monthly takeover sponsor is Drip Drop Hydration.  Drip Drop will have plenty of samples to help you stay hydrated during First Friday.  You can find the Drip Drop tent on the corner of Main Street and 2nd Street.

First Friday also welcomes the return of ‘Bentonville’s Got Talent’.  Some of the best entertainers in our city will take the Slim Chickens Mainstage vying for the 2nd annual ‘Bentonville’s Got Talent’ title.

Following the competition, Arkansan and ‘NBC’s, The Voice’ finalist, Barrett Baber, will take the stage as the First Friday headliner.  

Live entertainment will begin at 4:45 PM on the Slim Chickens Mainstage.

DBI is joining the City of Bentonville and Visit Bentonville, with a reminder that downtown businesses remain open during First Friday.  These businesses are also open during the construction that is building the future of our downtown area.
