Bentonville, AR - In an effort to better serve the community and prepare for the downtown area's future growth, Downtown Bentonville Incorporated has moved offices.

The new location is 111 South Main Street between Main Street and the new A Street pedestrian-only walkway.

DBI produces numerous community events like the Bentonville Farmers Market, First Friday, the City of Bentonville’s Lighting of the Square, and the Bentonville Christmas Parade, among others.  The move to an office space on the first floor will allow DBI staff members to grow these events and manage them more efficiently.

“This puts DBI right in the heart of the action as Bentonville gets ready to open its new pedestrian promenade.”  DBI Executive Director Dana Schlagenhaft added, “We’re a boots-on-the-ground, grassroots organization, and this growth means we’ll be even more plugged into the community we love. ”

DBI would like to thank the DBI Board of Director President Kirk Gober at Schlumberger Scherer Construction and Executive Committee Board Member Randall Hurban from rh Architectural Design for their work on making this project come to life.

In a previous release, DBI announced its new office will be next door to Marrs on Main, a new retail store from Dave and Jenny Marrs.  Marrs on Main plans to open in the spring.
