Mario's Kart is a Mexican food truck with that familiar Nintendo flair. Fantastic puns aside, they serve great food including all the classics you'd expect like tacos, quesadilla, burritos and tortes. They also have a couple tasty vegetarian options and you may want to try their "Mario's Kart" which is similar to a Stephen Special at other Mexican restaurants, but with their own flare.

At this time, (Jul 8, 2022) they are only open for dinner except on weekends when you find them cooking at lunch as well.
